For over a year, inaccuracies were reported in my reports, and despite my disputes, the credit reporting agency has not responded to my inquiries. Regardless of having paid off both of my accounts in full three years before, in 2020, they remain reported as delinquent. My credit score dropped as because of the inaccuracies, and I received numerous loan denials or unfavorable terms. With proof that the accounts were paid off and not past due, I wrote a dispute letter to the CRA, but they failed to respond to my inquiries or even look into the matter. I know that I can file a lawsuit against the CRA for neglecting me and giving false information if they don't fix the mistakes following the disputes. Can you recommend me a customer lawyer that would be able to assist me during the process?
